Note: These five steps are explained below



1. Complete Your Renewal Application Form


You have the option to change your certification designation or add another certification designation. There is a $50.00 fee for each designation with the exception described in Step 2.

2. How to Become an Instructor

 

There are four ways you can become certified by us as an instructor in our chosen profession:


1. You may become an instructor in your chosen profession by becoming a coach instructor for the NTCW Network and reaching out to people in your profession to become trained as a coach in any health profession. Apply by contacting NTCW at board@ntcw.net. We will approve your instructor status when NTCW advises us you have been approved.


2. You may become an instructor in your chosen profession by becoming an instructor for an educational organization approved by us or accredited by the American Accreditation Commission. If the organization is accredited by any other organization, contact us for approval.


3. You may become an instructor by completing the approval process with us. See Approval Process for details.


4. You may become a provisional instructor with us by starting the approval process. Start now by contacting us.

As a provisional instructor we must approve your course content, videos and/or webinars for your students to receive CEU credit.

The approval process is usually accomplished in two weeks after we receive your course materials. It may take longer if some materials are missing.


There is no additional fee for instructor certification if you are renewing one or more cetification designations. You may become certified as an instructor in more than one health profession.


3. Determine your Re-Certification Fees


Certifications are $65.00 per year, per certification.

There is no additional fee for Instructor Certification in your chosen profession.

You must qualify (See Step 2) to become an instructor.


4. Submit Your Application and Payment


By mail:

  • Print out and complete correct application(s)

  • Attach appropriate documentation to verify your credentials

  • Mail your check or money order along with application(s) to:

  • Fax application and all documents to our secure fax line, 888-827-0011

    Please note: Ignore the announcement and start your fax.

  • For a faxed application, payment may be either sent by check or money order or made online using Pay Pal in Step 4 above.
